Career Assessment
During career assessment, there are four categories that will assist you in finding a good career fit. These categories are your skills, personal interests, values, and your personality traits. The higher any career scores in these four categories, the more successful you would be in a field. A career assessment is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers, and is usually administered by a counselor. Career Assessment is a tool utilized to find a true calling or a solid career. An Interest Inventory is an assessment that helps you match your interests to specific careers. The questions are about things that you like or dislike. When you do an interest inventory, you are more likely to enjoy your career and find a job that you will be successful in.
